Strawberry Mousse

This weekend my cousin, Nabeela and I came across a recipe for strawberry mousse in preparation for a surprise 21st. Since together we are the ultimate perfectionists, we needed to taste that the simplicity of the recipe doesn’t take away from the ultimate taste of it.

The perfect mousse all comes down to this, simplicity really is the ultimate sophistication .

Strawberry mousse:

  • Beat 2 x 250ml fresh cream with 4 tablespoons icing sugar until stiff.

  • Fold in 1 tin condensed milk, 1 litre strawberry yoghurt and 1 small tin of nestles cream.

  • Fold in 1 cup chopped.

At the bottom of the serving bowl, line with cut strawberries.

Decorate as desired. Leave to chill in fridge.

That’s all it is, simple and absolutely divine for those unexpected visitors or those longing spring garden dates.
