A simple stir fry is all it takes to eat healthy and feel good while you do it. It’s your all time veggie extravaganza although I know majority of us have our greens, it’s my duty when I cook to be a little extra cautious for my parent’s sake. For some extremely unapparent reason my dad has become extremely cautious of what he eats and he is enforcing it in our home. Here’s a quick and easy stir-fry for those of you who also have the food police in your home.

Stir-fry:

  • Chop up : carrots , cucumber , cabbage , broccoli , spinach , baby corn , mushrooms peppers and asparagus and add to a stick of butter melting in the wok.

  • Put it all together in a wok or pot and add half a cup of wate .

  • Add a teaspoon or more(depending on amount of veggies and taste) of green chillies , a teaspoon of salt , teaspoon of pepper , veggie sprinkles ( I use the Ina Parmans ) , garlic flakes , and a stick of garlic butter.

  • Allow to cook together and add egg noodles to it ( I bought the ready-made ones from Woolworths )

  • Mix thoroughly and allow to cook together for a few minutes.

  • Chop pecan nuts and mix in well (this is optional)

It’s simple and easy and you can get a lot of the veggies already cut up if you feeling a tad too lazy .

Happy fryday <3
